Annual Wage Range:  $55k – $85k

Avg:  $65k + Bonus

Assistant Management (AM)

Annual Wage Range:  $45k – $60k

Avg:  $50k + Bonus

Primary Role

The Grill Manager’s primary role is to uphold all aspects of the Mission & Mission Plan with full responsibilities for grill operations, training, and administrative duties.

Responsibilities

Implementing and maintaining the following grill-level duties:
  • Assuming leadership and management of grill
  • Handling end-of-day cash management functions
  • Training and oversight of Position Lineup, Priorities, Timelines & SOPs
  • Upholding the O-Team Priorities – FANatical Service, Product Quality & Assembly, Cleanliness & Organization
  • Performing all grill-level administrative duties like ordering, scheduling, inventory

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in the restaurant/food industry — preferably the casual or fast-casual dining segment.
  • Handling end-of-day cash management functions
  • Strong motivational & leadership skills
  • Great attitude of encouragement & joy!

Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • 2 years’ experience in Restaurant Management
